Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout, calculated based on your location and order weight.
We primarily use Shiprocket services for shipping. If your pincode is not serviceable by Shiprocket, we use India Post Parcel Service to ensure your orders reach safely and timely.
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via WhatsApp.
You can track your shipment directly through Shiprocket's website or India Post's tracking page.
Please ensure you provide your address in the correct format and double-check your pincode for accuracy to avoid delivery delays or returns.
If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe or you face issues tracking your order, please contact our customer support immediately.
If you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery and inform our customer support.
In case of a fake delivery attempt, please contact our support immediately and provide your feedback via WhatsApp and SMS.
No refund against advance payment will be initiated if delivery is refused by the customer, or if the provided address, pincode, or contact details are incorrect.
