Eligibility:
Returns are only accepted in cases of receiving the wrong product, wrong size, or a damaged product.
Items must be returned or exchanged within 72 Hours of delivery.
Products should be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
All tags, labels, and original packaging must remain intact.
An unboxing video is mandatory to initiate a refund request.
Important Notice:
If you receive a tampered package or open box, please do NOT accept the delivery and immediately contact our customer support.
Return Procedure:
Initiate a return request by contacting our customer service at naveenbanggar@gmail.com or call us between 10 AM - 7 PM.
Provide your order number, product details, the reason for return, and an unboxing video clearly showing the issue.
Upon approval, pack your items securely and ship to the provided return address.
We recommend sending the parcel via India Post using their Parcel Service for reliable delivery.
Exchange Procedure:
Exchanges are subject to availability.
Clearly mention your required size/color while initiating an exchange.
If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and verify your returned items.
Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
Non-eligible items:
Used, damaged by the customer, or visibly worn products.
Items returned after 72 hours of delivery.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping charges for returning products will be the customer's responsibility, except in cases where items are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
For exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost of sending you the new item.
Special Conditions:
No return or exchange is available on SALE products, offer products, or clearing sale products.
